Meadows of Assebroek

The wet meadows of Assebroek is located to the south of Assebroek and is a nature reserve, known for its wet grasslands. This area once served as a natural floodplain for the surrounding villages, but due to drainage, it now only experiences temporary flooding in winter or after heavy rainfall.
